Terms and Conditions

  1. cabins are available May through late October, Weekly Saturday to Saturday
  2. Please make checks payable to Southwest Vacations, Inc.
  3. Please let us know if you wish to pay by credit card and we will invoice you through PayPal
  4. A non-refundable fee of $150.00 per pet will be charged
  5. No smoking is allowed in the cabins
  6. Check-in time is 3 PM or later on Saturday. Check-out is by 9 AM the following Saturday
  7. To hold reservations, a deposit of 1/2 the rent is required. Also, there is a $200 deposit that is refundable upon cabin inspection. Part or all of this deposit can be kept for extra cleaning or damage.
  8. Balance of the rent is due 2 weeks prior to arrival

  • Cancellation Policy:

    1. Deposit will be refunded only if the cabin can be re-rented. A two- week notice is required for cancellation.

    Dock & Canoes and Kayaks

    That: ,the Lessee of "" for the period from: to: of rentals is here by granted by permission by current land owners of 58 Daddy Johnny Road, Tremont, ME, Kazuya and Kathleen Fujita access to wooded path (rough uneven terrain), water, and dock owned by owners of 58 Daddy Johnny Rd. and with the lessor, Southwest Vacations and Richard and Lisa Gayton access to canoes, Kayaks, and chairs, owned by the Lessor for the period. The Lessee(s) hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lessors and Owners of 58 Daddy Johnny Rd, including their heirs and assigns, for any accident or injury resulting from any use of the facilities, land, dock, water, or the access hereby granted, by the lessee or anyone else under their purported authority.
    By signing below lessee also acknowledges that: there is no lifeguard on the property, they take full responsibility for their own safety in use of the water and dock, water levels may fluctuate and may be shallow, there is positively no diving allowed off the dock.
