- Please
make checks payable to Shirley L. Walton
- Cabins
are available Mid-May through late October, Weekly Saturday to Saturday.
- A non-refundable fee of $50 per pet will be charged.
- Please,
No Smoking inside the cabins.
- Off-Season
rates are available for May to Mid-June, and Mid-September to October.
- Partial
weeks are available during off season upon request.
- Check-in
time is 2-3 PM or later on
Saturday. Check-out is by 9 AM
the following Saturday.
- To
hold reservations, a deposit of half the rent is required. Also, there is
a $100.00 deposit required that is refundable upon cabin inspection. Part of all of this deposit can be kept for extra cleaning or damage.
- Balance
is due two weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit
will be refunded only if the cabin can be re-rented. A two week notice is
required for cancellation.
